The Country

This weekend we went to Hubby's hometown (what I often refer to as 'the country'). We were celebrating my father- & brother-in-law's birthdays. It's always nice to be surrounded by family--& hang out with the cutest 2 1/2 year old ever. We ate homemade lasagna, which my mother-in-law said she couldn't believe she was serving to an Italian, but I definitely approve of it!! And my sister-in-law made very delicious and rich dessert: Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes (which I will probably be making closer to St. Patty's Day, so be prepared to take notes).
